I LOVE watching the kids discover their shadows. A cool activity if you haven't done it already is to have Niall stand still while you trace his shadow with sidewalk chalk. Then he can color in the picture of himself anyway he wants. This is fun as they get older, too. They can do different poses and use their imaginations to make up a story.
